The Association of Avian Veterinarians (AAV), the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians (AEMV), and the Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV) joined together in Atlanta, Georgia, to host Building Exotics Excellence: One City, One Conference. The 2018 conference attracted a record-breaking number of veterinary professionals for quality education and networking opportunities. More than 1,000 avian, exotic mammal, reptilian and amphibian veterinarians gathered for 5 days of classroom and hands-on education, networking and opportunities to meet with new and potential vendor contacts.
